In the last few months we’ve revolutionised the way the team works to offer improved and specialised customer service. We have separated our team into specific areas which are new business, renewals and customer service which allows us to provide more tailored support which will then give better outcomes for individual client’s needs.

Charlotte and the renewals team will be helping our current policy holders renew with us again and discuss ways on how we can serve them better in the future.

Matt and the new business team will be dealing with new customers proving advice and explaining suitable cover for clients certain needs and getting them insured on our policies.

Sam and the customer service team will be focused purely on our valued existing policy holding, dealing with their queries and problems, claims and policy alterations.
